Vegan Alfredo Pasta Sauce

Who says you can’t have your favorite comfort food and “veganize” it? Theres so many different ways to make healthier versions of those foods you love – and they still taste delicious and give you that satisfaction you’re looking for.  The other night I was craving something hearty and filling, which I guess is what we all crave during these cold winter months.

This dairy free Alfredo sauce is a favorite in our home!  It’s super easy to make and you only need a few ingredients and 10 minutes of your time.  Pair it with your favorite pasta and veggies of your choice (I almost always use broccoli with pasta dishes).

  1. Have you ever used brown rice & quinoa pasta? I get it from Trader Joe’s (my favorite place). Curious to know what type of pasta you use.

    1. Yes we love the brown rice and quinoa pasta! We also like the red lentil and black bean pasta from Trader Joe’s – here I just used regular whole wheat 🙂
